Product Description
The cylinder head is made of ferroalloy. It is not only the
installation matrix of valve mechanism, but also the sealing cover
of cylinder. The combustion chamber is composed of cylinder and
piston top. Many have adopted the structure of casting the camshaft
support seat and tappet guide hole seat into one with the cylinder
head.
Matters Needing Attention
1. Tighten the cylinder head bolts evenly and adjust the oil supply
time correctly.
2. Soft water shall be added to the water tank and changed as
little as possible.
3. The diesel engine shall avoid working under overload for a long
time.
4. When the engine is working and the water tank is short of water,
do not shut down immediately, but run at low speed and add water
slowly.
5. Do not add cold water after the engine is hot. After shutdown,
wait until the water temperature is below 40 ℃.
6. During assembly, check whether each cooling water hole is
unblocked. Clean the cooling system regularly with alkaline
solution to remove scale and oil stain in time.
